Red Dust Holdings (RDH) is a Geraldton based business, offering late model, well maintained heavy machinery and equipment hire to the Civil Construction Industry across Australia. We offer this service as a wet and dry hire option, specialising in crews of final trim operators and culvert crews. Our operators are appropriately qualified and experienced within the Civil Construction Industry. We specialize in Plant Hire in Geraldton, Karratha. Kalgoorlie and across Western Australia.
Our three Trainer Assessor’s keep our operators up to date with the latest tickets and training. These Trainers are also available externally for training and VOC’s both at our Geraldton Head Office and also site’s around Australia. They are able to issue Nationally Accredited Tickets.
Keeping up with technology is essential to RDH. To ensure a more accurate and cost effective outcome for your project all of our Dozers, Graders and Excavators are equipped with Trimble GPS. Of course, if this is not a requirement of your project, the GPS can be removed easily. We have a trained GPS technician who is available to support the GPS systems and new site set ups.
At RDH we pride ourselves on delivering superior customer service and quality machinery. We have a support team of in-house mechanics that look after all of our servicing and maintenance requirements. They are available 24/7 on call and also as a hire option to support our equipment on site.
RDH can mobilise and demobilise all our heavy equipment with our fleet of Prime Movers and Low Loaders. We also offer bulk haulage solutions utilising both End and Side Tippers. We are Main Roads accredited for heavy haulage within Western Australia.
Josh and Tanya, the Directors at Red Dust Holdings regard customer service and support as the key to a successful client relationship. This is a core value monitored closely at RDH – The team provide service and support throughout all facets of the hire process right from the early days of tender to mobilisation - to on-site support - to off hire and demobilisation, and of course final off hire inspection.
To ensure customer service is always at the forefront of the business RDH have an Asset Manager and Operations Manager who solely support the equipment and the operators respectively. They are both based in our Geraldton head office, but are available on call 24/7 and are frequently on site carrying out site visits and inspections. Both Managers are supported by a team of Site and Accounts Administrators who keep the lines of communication between head office and site open ensuring items such as timesheets, training documents etc are tracked in an accurate and efficient manner.
