CBH Morawa

Earthworks for permanent grain storage facility

RDH completed the expansion of the Morawa CBH facility which aims to improve services to growers in the region by offering:

  • New permanent open bulkhead storages including in-loading ancillary plant and equipment,

  • A Marshall Sample Weigh area including access roads and improved traffic flow. 

Scope included:

  • BULK EARTHWORKS : clear, strip topsoil, excavate, load, cart, spread, moisture and compact.

  • DRAINAGE WORKS: supply and install culverts.

  • PAVEMENT WORKS FOR ROADS: supply and install prime, emulsion seal, tack coat, and asphalt. 

  • PAVEMENT WORKS FOR OPEN BULK HEADS: supply and install cement stabilisation, prime, seal, tack coat, and asphalt.

  • KERBING 

  • SIGNAGE
